Sawaed October for development been established as a joint-stock Egyptian company subject to the provisions of the law, Article 159 of the year 1981 and its implementing regulations.
Sawaed is an extensions for so many years of experience in construction and real estate field, it succeeded in a short period to build a bridge of trust between the company and its clients in terms of integrity and credibility and its ability to deliver projects in accordance with clients’ needs in terms of time and quality.
